100%. There is zero Trump field operation in PA. I canvas every weekend and on our list are independents & Republicans who have voted Dem in a recent election. I haven't seen a single Republican canvasser, and have seen a whopping two Republican fliers on doorsteps. All investment is in litigation.

The same goes for Harris. Her Dems spent hundreds of thousands of $$$ in attempts to get Stein removed from the ballot in as many states as possible. In cahoots with GOP, they succeeded in NV - even though Stein's team had collected ~3x the number of necessary signatures.

We measure it by asking about how enthusiastic or likely you are to vote. If Cand. A has 50 voters and 45 of them say they're very likely (90%), and Cand. B has 60 voters but only 50 of them say the same (83%), A is winning the enthusiasm gap even though they're still losing the election.
