If I were treating the federal workforce like worthless peons whose fates I hold in my hand, pretty sure I wouldn’t be using the word “bullets” in my communications with them at all.

Musk just sent an email to the federal work force, with a subject line "What did you do last week?"

"Please reply to this email with approx. 5 bullets of what you accomplished this week and cc your manager," it said.
