Actually, when one party controls everything -- the White House, the Senate and the House -- and the government shuts down on that party's watch, it EXTREMELY POSSIBLE not to blame the party out of power at all.

Fourth- Everyone loses politically in a shutdown.. Yes- Donald Trump will certainly take on some of the blame.. but not all.. it is impossible for Democrats to not shoulder some of it.. and given their current political situation that is a precarious position to be in.
