yes; the character limit means that any complex thought is necessarily going to be spread across multiple posts, and it's really easy to take individual posts out of their intended context

I like that it forces you to sell the thread up front and people can click in if they want to. On X there are posts the size of news articles. You can't share an interesting portion without copying and pasting.
