Saw @aiannucci.bsky.social’s Dr Stangelove tonight.

To say it is genius is an understatement. Performances are obviously incredible but the staging, the direction, the adaption is something else. Chef’s kiss is a cliche, but fucking hell it’s the best thing I’ve seen on stage for years.

Deserves all the plaudits. My girlfriend hasn’t seen the film, knew next to nothing about the show and she absolutely loved it. She keeps doing that thing where she chuckles to herself remembering bits. She’s currently on the phone telling her dad in Canada all about it!
