The SCOTUS defined obscenity in Miller v. California (1973). Sadly, Manhart wants to REdefine it. Obscenity must meet all 3 criteria below:

1. Appeals to prurient interest
2. Depicts sexual conduct in a patently offensive way
3. Lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value

The funny thing is that she says that she didn’t define obscenity but the Supreme Court did. All the while she is ignoring the Miller test that the Supreme Court created.
