Who would depend on the 🇺🇸 with Trump as President, regardless of whether the 🇺🇸 was in NATO?

When you are unreliable, nobody is constrained by what you think.

However, I expect that America as a nation will be treated with respect. Trump will be somewhat constrained by the optics as seen at home.

I dont think so. He may make a deal with Putin, but he has no way to inforce it, just like his "deal" concerning Gaza. It will not work.
