That "T" is clearly T-Mobile's trademarked logo, just without the dot on each side. Unless this is a joint venture with T-Mobile (and it's not, at least as far as I've read), I can't imagine T-Mobile's corporate counsel will be very happy with the logo.

Like most (all?) of these Trump products, he's actually just licensed his name to a third party company. "DTTM Operations", Donnie's licensing company, contracted with Liberty Mobile to be the marketer and MVNO operator. T-Mobile could go after them, if they're willing to poke the king.
