JUST IN: The Census Bureau's #2030Census Advisory Committee has been terminated by Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, who oversees the bureau, Arturo Vargas, the committee's chair, confirms to @npr.org. I've reached out to the press offices of the bureau and the Commerce Department for comment...

The one thing that helps our electoral system is that we don't have a federal election. We have 50 (or 56 with DC & territories) separate elections at the same time. So to stop the elections he'll have to stop them individually in each state. A much harder challenge than just announcing cancellation

Assuming Dems can win Congress and the Presidency they can just throw out the Census results, delete the records, and order a do-over. That’s how it’s done now.
