Outside of these choices? This one.
I’d swap Psych Furs for “Kings of the Wild Frontier” by Adam & The Ants and add “in The Flat Fields” by Bauhaus as a bonus.

Bad Religion - Suffer
The Exploited - Troops Of Tomorrow
No Means No - Wrong
Fugazi - Fugazi EP
are must-haves from the 80s as well.
But only if I have to ...
A masterpiece imho.
Adding:
The Beat- I Just Can't Stop It
The Specials- More Specials
SLF- Nobody's Heroes
The Blasters- American Music
The Cure- 17 Seconds
Japan- Gentlemen Take Polaroids
This was mine
Los Angeles - X
Psychedelic Furs
Joy Division
are all really great...
But, you missed the best album from 1980:
Considering when it was recorded the production values for a live album are amazing. Where there any studio overdubs?
the Cure - 17 seconds
Feelies - crazy rhythms
the Jam - sound affects
the Beat - I just can't stop it
This was by all accounts the weakest Ramones Album. As their biggest fan its saving grace is Danny Says.
Meanwhile this X record Slaps the hell out of about everything.
The Fleaheaters
1980
"No questions asked"
Flesheaters became a supergroup with "a minute to pray, a second to die"
John Doe, Steve Berlin, DJ Bonebrake, Dave Alvin, Bill Bateman, and Chris D.
Last couple of times at The Echoplex
Might not be considered Punk but Tattooed Love Boys and Precious are just as Punk as anything else imo
