💥 Apple is upholding its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Despite attack from right-wing anti-DEI shareholder activists -- the same anti-DEI group that targeted Costco. And just like Costco, look for Apple shareholders to tell anti-DEI activists to take a hike on Feb 25.

Court approves Thames Water £3bn loan at 9.75%, adds to £19bn debt. Temporary reprieve. Thames Water banking on new equity investment (unlikely) and higher customer bills. Over one-third of customer bills cover interest payments. Sewage dumping, dividends will continue.

Feeding frenzy: Army of advisers making millions from Thames Water. It has £19bn debt, wants another £3bn debt at interest rate of 9.75% in two instalments. Two-thirds of £1.5bn will end-up in the pockets of debt investors, professional advisers. As usual, customers will pay.
