I trained for H5N1 20 years ago. Biden dropped the ball on this one & Trump won't pick it up. Biden didn't do ring vaccinations, he didn't do #CleanAir, he didn't upscale overwhelmed testing facilities, he didn't do a public health campaigns (masks) & he didn't mandate disposal of dead bodies.
