I've been vegetarian for 18 years and "Where do you get your protein though!?" is still the number one question I get from dudes who have absolutely no idea where they get their protein.

Me: I do take protein and creatine when I'm on a heavy weight low rep workout program. The amount depends on bulk or cut cycle. But I think B12, Calcium, and magnesium are the more important supplements for most vegetarians.
