i'm glad i learned from doctor's and PA's I worked with. a doctor just went nuts that a patient was given amoxicillin for a bilobar pneumonia instead of a cephalosporin. well, clinically indicated first line treatment is amoxicillin as most multilobar pneumonia are caused by streptococcus pneumoniae
