I’ve been on a diet and weight loss journey the past 3 years with ups and downs. Starting this August I committed to getting under a BMI of 25, being 30.2 at the start of the month. As of yesterday, I’m at a 24.6! Weighing 181.9 at 6’ tall. First time in 20 years to be here.

i'm glad i learned from doctor's and PA's I worked with. a doctor just went nuts that a patient was given amoxicillin for a bilobar pneumonia instead of a cephalosporin. well, clinically indicated first line treatment is amoxicillin as most multilobar pneumonia are caused by streptococcus pneumoniae

I got good news today: I'll be able to earn my BS in two more semesters! I started my back-to-school journey in 2022, earning an AA in 2023, and then enrolled in a BS program for Healthcare Management. I look to continue after with an MPH or Nursing. I'm excited!
