The pin emoji is basically for a feed used for bookmarks. Since the normal bookmark feature hasn’t been added yet.

So if you go to view all the feeds you’re subscribed to, you can search for new ones. All you have to do to find the pin feed is to just put 📌 into the search bar.

I believe it just shows all the messages that have the pin emoji in them.
