Well, it's not that simple. Although in 1994 Ukraine was nominally the world's third largest nuclear power, the launch codes for these weapons were still kept in Moscow. Ukraine had no use for these nukes, which is why she traded them for the assuarances of the Budapest memorandum.

Ukraine had no access to the authorization codes necessary to launch anything. You suggest Ukraine was capable to hack into Russia's military environment.

(Don't get me wrong. I despise Russia & its bestiality while I'm firm on Ukraine's side. But this reoccurring claim about nukes is nonsense.)

Hack the missile not Russia 🙄You have 0 understanding of the technology involved & that nukes were built in Ukraine in the first instance. The limiting factor in nukes is purely the radioactive material which Ukraine possessed. Example - there were no codes for the bombs launched in Japan 🙄
