MAYBE for a very very short blip. In August 2022 it was 124 USD per MWh (Dutch TTF), which is 94 m3. So, make it slightly under 1315 USD per 1000 m3. Then the prices plummeted as fast as they spiked.

So, it stays about 700 under Medvedevs “estimate”.

This is not considering we have gas reserves we fill up when gas is cheap during the warm months. (Non-heating season), and draw from in the colder months. This dilutes the price per MWh as well, and is never at the level of the spot markets.
