I made it to law school with the help of the Skadden Arps honors program in legal studies. It was a “DEI” program for nontraditional law students. They gave us help with studying for the LSAT. To get that help, we had to attend daily classes that we did not go toward our degree.
I loved it. They taught us Critical Race Theory and I got to make friends with people that I’m still friends with today. I think most of us became lawyers.
