Started posting too much on X again because it went really quiet here. That place is a pit though, going to come back over here more.

I removed the temptation completely. A simple deactivation of the account and delete the app and it’s gone…

I don’t miss it at all.

I locked my account and have only been back once and that was to search for someone's handle. I don't miss it. I'm much more engaged on here without any of the toxicity that X amplified.

I also feel warm and fuzzy inside because I sacked Musk off.

After the game yesterday I logged in and literally couldn't see any posts about the game because it was all buried by Real fans complaining about the Valencia game and culture war stuff. I'm literally getting no access to accs I actually follow.

I only use apps like BlueSky and X for football, but some of the toxic (non-football) bollocks that's in my X feed is depressing. Every time I try X again, it only lasts a few minutes until I come back to BlueSky. I reckon if you used X daily you would end up with mental health issues, so much anger
