It's not that Winnipeg as a team give up lots of chances - it's just that Hellebuyck sees a lot of chances personally because they play him so much more than other teams play their starter. Winnipeg are one of the strongest defensive teams in the league.
Most teams give their best finishers more power-play time, so leaguewide PP finishing is always better than 100 G per 100 xG. Winnipeg have been especially clinical.
