Once again, Prof. Wurman does not know what he's talking about. He's fond of Lord Coke, so let us visit Stuart England. Coke says local allegiance from someone who is neither natural born nor naturalized was a sufficient hook to allow a charge of treason to lie because they benefited from the King.
