On the Trump-Musk feud, @aoc.bsky.social: “Oh man, the girls are fighting, aren’t they?”

I will reiterate for the benefit of Bluesky folks that this is not correct.

Y’all. Stop. Tysm.

He is now calling for Trump to nationalize SpaceX lmao

BREAKING: DC Circuit panel splits, 2-1, denying Trump administration's bid to move forward with firing of Inter-American Foundation Prez Sara Aviel. Majority: Katsas (Trump), Pillard (Obama). Dissent: Rao (Trump). Doc: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Blessed and highly favored.

In a nicer democracy, we could just have a snap election.

Bannon calling on Trump to deport Elon. Choose your own adventure today, kids.

A coalition falling on the weight of its success? 🤷‍♂️

Every Pride Month, there must be one messy breakup. I don't make the rules. But the proof is in the pudding today.

THIS FIGHT IS REAL

me watching elon and donald fight

Live by targeted retaliatory cuts; die by targeted retaliatory cuts.

they're fighting

Never mind, I watched this again. He thought he landed a good German joke. He's just an ass.

This guy is just historically illiterate.

Giving NAACP v. Alabama vibes.

I really dislike this framing. Title VII protects traits, not groups. It isn't a "reverse discrimination" claim. This has been the law of federal anti-discrimination law for a very, very long time. See, McDonald v. Santa Fe Trail Transp. Co., 427 U.S. 273 (1976).

I am puzzled by the serenity w/which @jadler1969.bsky.social and @williambaude.bsky.social describe Wilcox’s carveout for the Fed. It’s an admission that the unitary executive project was sold on false premises. For a radically activist line of cases, that’s a big deal! reason.com/volokh/2025/...

The Court really cleared a good bit of the unanimous underbrush today. The storm is coming.

Last case, Lab Corp v. Davis, is a DIG. That's a wrap from the Supreme Court.

Only Thomas or Roberts will have the remaining opinion(s).

SUPREME COURT: Catholic Charities v. Wi. Labor: A state exemption that turns on whether a religious org proselytizes or serve only co-religionists and not “‘secular criteria" constitutes a 1A violation. Sotomayor, J. for the unanimous Court. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

More opinions coming. Nothing will come from Trump appointees today.

SUPREME COURT: Smith and Wesson. Because Mexico’s complaint does not plausibly allege that the defendant gun manufacturers aided and abetted gun dealers’ unlawful sales of firearms to Mexican traffickers, PLCAA bars the lawsuit. SUPREME COURT: Ames v. Ohio. A heterosexual employee can bring a sexual orientation claim under Title VII for employment discrimination as sex discrimination without a heightened standard. Jackson, J., for a unanimous Court. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...
