personally, I'm only investing in local or women-owned businesses as much as possible. I go to a local gym. shop at my local grocery store. buy all my books from women-owned bookstores. get my hair done at a salon owned by a black queer woman. local coffee shops. I'm done making billionaires richer.

Don’t confuse my silence or absence with withdrawal or apathy.

I no longer feel an obligation to run to put out Democratic Party fires as generations of multi-issue voter Black women have since we gained the right to #vote sixty years ago.

I’m free to be more strategic and targeted.

The assignment was due 11/5. Folks doing late work need to keep black women's names out of they mouth and focus on getting their project done. Hit those streets, open those wallets and turn those harmful family members and neighbors around. THEY dont need to worry about US- we stay working.
