I take 4000 iu a day of Vit D, recommended for people with MS. If this is a long term thing, it might be best for you to order them online - rather than pay prescription costs. I get a years worth for £12!

🤣 The little orange ones you take once a week for 6 weeks? I've just taken tablet 3 of mine thanks to my Vit D levels being subterranean too (I thought it was a combination of perimenopause and the start of autistic burnout, turns out I just spend too much time indoors!)

In hospital at mo and they said Vitamin D should be taken by everyone over 30 ! Used to take it now it’s prescribed , helps with uptake of medicines . A winner all round

Whatever is in the latter, there is no Vitamin D. I'm surprised your GP didn't accuse you of being too much of a troll and didn't tell you to get out in the outdoors more. Been there, done that. Take low Vit D supp now.
