Cannot say this enough! Most people listen with the intention of responding. People want to be heard but seldom listen. There's growth in it!

I helped my sister develop the materials to make listening part of the University Interscholastic League academic competitions for elementary and middle school students in Texas. Writing that and the Storytelling was my favorite consulting job ever!
