A second child has died of measles in Texas. The child was unvaccinated. Tragic and preventable, this is a direct consequence of anti-vaccine disinformation.

One of my worst fears as a parent all those years ago was to do something that would injure my child or lose my child. I don't know how anyone could ever forgive themselves if their child's death was preventable and they chose not to protect their child thus causing it. Just a different mindset.
We're sorry to hear about those unvaccinated children who died from the measles, but WHY don't we post ALL those who had the measles who WERE vaccinated, and survived? Telling folks VACCINES DO WORK?
So sad, two innocent children are gone. Our government can't be trusted anymore, and people need to start asking doctors about vaccines or open books and read. Those kids lives mattered. 💔
I used to joke that there ought to be a license to be a parent, and some people really should lose their licenses. I’m not so sure it’s a foolish idea anymore.
