The way they'd kill the Medicaid expansion is by cutting the percentage the federal government pays for all costs associated with the expansion population (currently 90%) down to the legacy Medicaid level of 50-80% (depending on state). Many expansion states could/would not make up the difference.

they want to cut programs so they can funnel even more money to the already far too rich for the good of our planet while not "substantially" raising the deficit -
they want to harm the majority of Americans to enrich the rich - that's their goal = Vote them all out forever!

100% has to be the only acceptable solution for 100% of the time.
