Musk's cronies tried to to gain access to classified USAID data. USAID Director of Security John Voorhees security said no. The Musk people threatened to call in the US Marshals and take the data at gunpoint. They still said no.

idk. remember when trump threw around classified info in his first term and then a noticeable number of intel sources disappeared? musk has close ties to the russian and chinese governments. he doesn’t need to think far. he just needs to be willing to do them a favor if instructed accordingly.
