Tangentially, the yield on Treasury bonds should be at least 2x higher, because the Seila Law cases, including this one, show SCOTUS would allow the President to fire members of the Federal Reserve Board.

And plenty of us remember SCOTUS's Texas SB 8 case twisting itself into pretzels just six months before nuking abortion rights entirely. This dicta of "nah we won't, trust us bro" means nothing; they've shown Trump they won't stop him from firing anyone.
