Been a donor since COVID & still am, though I live in France now. I donate b/c I believe news orgs should be un-beholden to corporate interests, & b/c hyperlocal reporting is one of the actual bulwarks against anti-democratic forces, & b/c I <3 NYC. I also rep The City tote bag hard all over Europe.
