As we know, pitchers injuries are tied to velo/effort/overuse, but it’s always interesting because there really is no solution.
Very few will risk performance to protect health when there are 10,000 guys behind you that are endlessly willing to ignore all risks for a chance to pitch in the majors.

Letting workloads be determined by effectiveness, and not by round numbers that are equally applied to all based on role.
