Currently waiting to hear on 2 manuscript requests with 66 rejections and 3 requests total. I've been querying for a little over two years now.

The requests are a recent development, and a huge confidence booster. Honestly if I could give anyone advice, it's really as simple as: be kind to yourself and don't give up. And I say this knowing that I'll still need to follow that throughout this entire process.

Been querying for about 8 months and nothing but rejections. It’s discouraging for sure, but that’s all part of the game I guess. What are your favorite resources to find agents to query? I use QueryTracker mostly, but would like to have other reliable resources as well.

I'm not sure! I've been leaning More to self publishing myself for this very reason. I've invested in cover art and plenty of other services so the only thing traditional publishing would help with is marketing.
