I’m planning on hollowing out the Martian moon Deimos, terraforming the inside with a Mediterranean climate, spinning it up to 1g and powering it all with matter/anti-matter annihilation utilizing Penning traps. I suspect the odds of success for both our schemes are likely similar.
This is a stupendous opportunity for Russians privy to this project to guarantee themselves financial security for the next decade.

They'd steal the solid rocket fuel but every time they try to cook with it it burns down the house. One day!
