Have you tried the Blueberry Academy fight after the DLC? I think she's a more decent challenge there, but it's not by a whole lot (still beat her with a mono grass team).

By a mile. Her team composition doesn't make sense (seriously, a Gogoat?!), poorly represents the regions dex, and barely presents a threat outside of Espathra with Lumina Crash

For sure. Feels like she doesn't have a stand-out ace like other champs either. That said, I suppose being easy makes sense story-wise; she's just doing an assessment rather than facing a usurping challenger. From that angle, I actually think she's pretty cool. And just cool in general. 👍

I couldn't agree more, It's such a great aesthetic ultimately wasted on a mediocre battle. I think some of this could've been alleviated if Glimmora had another evolution or was just a stronger ace overall.

If she'd had Glimmora earlier to set up the toxic spikes from the start, that'd make the whole fight way more interesting. And she def needed something like Kingambit or maybe a Palafin as her ace. Like, start with Palafin, flip turn out to Glimmora to set spikes, and boom, fight's way more intense.

Funny you mention Kingambit as her ace: it seems to take the ace role in her DLC team! A Palafin would have been neat. The transformation would be a cool way to surprise players.

Never played the DLCs. I own them, but after completing the dex before they dropped i just didnt play them. I might go and give them a shot if the fights have some challenge to them

I'd say they're solid. The first DLC isn't tough, but I like Carmine and her awful attitude. 😂 Second DLC might be more your speed though: plenty of double battles, and there's definitely some tricky ones. Interacting with the gym leaders is fun too.

The evolution part stumped me too! As a two evolution powerhouse her Kingambit seemed to fit the ace role, but Glimmora had the highest level+fit Geeta's character. Even more confusing: Kingambit is her strongest in the DLC, and it becomes her tera mon! 😵‍ Her battle/team kind of lack identity to me.
