My guess would be Season 4 since I believe S2 voicing is wrapped and s3 almost wrapped(I think) so if they just got a voice actor for him it’ll be YEARS before we see him haha

I think S3 because the voice acting for S3 isn't wrapped up yet. They probably recorded the main voices first while that casting for the new ones was going on.
