Just doing breath work in a waiting room while I wait for someone. Heart rate was 76 when I began the exercise six minutes ago. My entire body feels in a state of blissful relaxation. I know it sounds kookie but don’t knock it til you try it.

Love the metrics and enjoy observing my RHR vary as well—with sleep level, physical health, and stress (Iowa sports). My dads side all has a relatively low RHR. Fascinating stuff.
That’s great. I bet my resting rate is upper 60s low 70s. Or at least that’s what my watch tells me. But to get it below 60 I have to be asleep or do the breath work.
