I think I've found the perfect, balanced approach to working out every day of the week.
Basically split into 6-day cycles, and either start a new cycle right after the previous or take a day off if you feel tired.
1. Strength
2. Strength
3. Low HR cardio
4. Strength
5. Strength
6. HIIT
Repeat.
