I know that this isn't as fun but I make most of my netrunner PCs just absolutely ghoulish. Like these are people who sit in an ice bath for 40 hours at a time hooked up to IVs, they've gotten exposed to blue light more than sunlight, and only bother to sleep once their brains start decomposing.
