If you notice in the photo above, the cyclists are in the intersection blocking it. You can tell by the walk light. They should be on the other side of the intersection, not there. This is against traffic laws.

Bicyclists are not abiding by the rules of the road. When you ride a bicycle on a paved road where motor vehicles operate, whether there is a dedicated bike lane or not, bikes must abide by all traffic signals incl. pedestrian walk signals & use appropriate hand signals for left, right & stop.
