Just be careful and know your goals. Powerlifting is very very destructive to joints and tendons so make sure you know the reason for each movement and how it fits your goals.

Still working on getting the body accustomed to hoisting external weight so keeping it lighter but challenging, before even thinking about going near heavy loads.
TY for the insight! Will definitely keep that in mind cause I need to keep my joints buttery / mobile!
