I thought that I noticed that your abstract line paintings reminded me of totems...but I thought I was just "seeing" things... Perhaps I was.. It's impressive work!!
I'm originally from Mississippi but I've been married to a Polish girl whose great grandparents emigrated from Poland in the early 20th century. My first thought was of the Polska Eagle but then I remembered Stravinsky's Firebird Suite. "Oh yeah!! It's a Phoenix!"
