one time i worked night shift in a not so safe area so my boyfriend at the time gave me a pocket knife (like i could do anything???) and it fell through a hole of the lining and i forgot about it entirety and then went to the airport with that bag a few months later to fly to buffalo 😌

The TSA can't tell you what they're looking for and just keeps insisting 'Are you sure there isn't something in your bag, like right here? Rhymes with Rocket Fife?? Are you sure?' til they find it and see the completely dumbfounded face & several other emotions which clearly indicate you'd forgotten

I had this happen to me once and I forgot the knife was there but then it was also for some reason a knife I cared about which now that I'm thinking about it, I don't even have it. So I'm mad that I even cared and but they let me take it back outside!!

I actually did get it back but since have no idea where it's gone - I made my bf at the time come back to the airport and find where I left it in some bushes at departures!! He did find it! He was v mad at me lol
