I like 3 it's gives nice blank space for the main piece of the website to be displayed as art. Versus something that is seen on most major automotive websites. And if this was to be for a car seller. It would intesse others to look what more they had to offer.

I'd vote 3 first, then 1. Something about the header and footer not extending all the way just feels wrong to me. lol But I personally like the inner content having a bit of space (unless it's on mobile, mobile should go all the way across).
