I think the US Courts can function fine even if the DOJ are lying liars.

Just follow this simple template:

1. Tell this court a specific thing it needs to know to help reach a just and fair outcome.

2. You can't or won't? Fine. The person who does will take the stand at 9am tomorrow.

3. Repeat.
