@robertmays.bsky.social I was thinking Rooney rule theater happens when an owner knows who he wants and really isn't interested in interviewing anyone else and am wondering if the NFL could somehow focus the rule on coaching searches specifically (i.e. once a team meets with more than one prospect.)
