Even better to replace the spag bol with both cheeses. Strange thing in about a dozen trips to Italy I've never seen spag bol on the menu. Never been to Bologna though so could explain it
You have probably committed the mortal sin of Pre-ground parmesan. Parmesan should always, without exception, be fresh ground. After an hour it becomes an abomination unto Nuggan.
