The least you can do is flood your rep’s emails with outrage. They have the ability to check illegal power grabs, and must enforce it.

I sent this to my Senators and my Rep. I'm super upset about this memo from OMB, and EVERYBODY should be alarmed by the implications of the Executive Branch deciding that they have the prerogative to ignore Congress like this.
