One can certainly criticize holding of terror suspects without charge (which is happening to the minority of the prisoners), but there is no comparison to kidnapping random civilians, among them babies.
Just a reminder these people were partying at a rave on land Israel took from Palestine (beyond the internationally recognized borders) and is just a short distance from people who are denied the right to vote by Israel
