Soheefit on instagram seems fine. Maybe not specifically left leaning but definitely not a weirdo, and i’ve been subscribing to her customized workout plans for over a year now with results i’m happy with (not cheap, but cheaper than a personal trainer)
jeff nippard has good vids on science-based training, have followed his lifting and bodybuilding programs. is left-leaning but his content is not explicitly political.
joshua citarella does some writing and podcasting on lifting/the left and has put out some programs as well.
There's this one person on TikTok that specifically gives workout tips for the queer community (especially to help trans people transition).
Her username is "bodybydaddy".
Havent checked on Dan John's politics in a while, but he at least used to be left-ish. "Before we go" and "never let go" are both great lifting and life books!
I haven’t seen any right wing stuff. I don’t follow everything he goes, but…I follow a lot.
He seems genuinely kind in a way that’s rare for any side of the spectrum. Also his programs are excellent, including the kettlebell ones (I’m doing one now).
I don't think they'd be banned left-leaning, but Marietta Barbell is the friendliest gym I've ever been to. If it's still the same, Saturday morning is when the big dawgs squat and I have seen people move 1000 lbs.
Honestly, I haven't, yet, either. It's aspirational for me at this point...😔 I just smashed a Five Daughters donut this weekend, workout intensity doesn't yet match my eating intensity
Was gonna suggest Joe as well, at the very least solid taste in music and very friendly responses to questions about his programs. No flags behind the squat rack either.
Not sure if they’re on Bluesky, but TheDumbells. Podcast w former college football player turned actor/comedian and another actor/comedian who are both working personal trainers. Both extremely funny and informative

In fitness, so many others have transitioned into politics because it seems so profitable. Some even out here selling Alpha Male camps.
